Add a step-by-step tutorial.

As a novice cinematographer, it's still quite difficult for me to understand how from A to Z:

1. Being on location, how do I take all the measurements I need (with an light meter).

2. To later record these measurements in lightculc to calculate which lighting device is needed to achieve the desired intensity at a given distance. I'm trying to figure it out, but without a clearer explanation, or even better, a video tutorial and instructions, it's harder to understand.
   

Therefore, such instructions would be very, very useful for beginners like me.
